This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist with Training and NR (Regulatory Standards) initiatives, emphasizing the room allocation process and aiding operational routines to enhance and organize the PCP department's workload.
• Execute additional responsibilities related to Strategic Management.
• High school diploma.
• At least 6 months of experience in administrative tasks, document control and organization, report generation, customer service, and operational support.
• Fundamental knowledge of spreadsheets, particularly Excel and/or Google Sheets, for tracking information, organizing data, and aiding in report generation.
• Preferred: Experience in monitoring processes and assisting with the administrative needs of the department.
• Remote work.
