This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Oversee calendar management, arrange meetings, and coordinate online appointments.
• Generate reports, create presentations, and prepare internal documentation.
• Execute data entry tasks, update CRM systems, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Provide assistance to various internal teams with occasional administrative tasks.
• Aid in the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Support the drafting of email campaigns and newsletters.
• Conduct market research and compile data to assist with marketing strategies.
• Refresh website content as necessary.
• Respond to emails and inquiries swiftly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal team members across different time zones.
• Organize virtual events or webinars.
• Residing in Serbia (or nearby) and available to work 2nd shift hours to synchronize with North American business hours.
• Excellent English communication skills at a business/professional level.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
