This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Management of CRM and data systems
• Communication with donors and volunteers
• Coordination of events and programs
• Design of materials and updates to the website
• Support for meetings and note-taking
• Ordering food and tracking budgets (Phase 2)
• Experience in nonprofit or faith-based environments – Background in working with charitable nonprofits, faith-based organizations, or Christian communities (the team is predominantly Christian and led by a pastor, although the organization itself is non-religious).
• Background in administrative and executive support – Strong experience in administrative or executive assistance, event coordination, and data entry.
• Comfortable with phone communication – Willing and able to spend around 15–20% of the workday on phone calls, connecting with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems – Practical experience with a CRM platform (Neon CRM is preferred, but familiarity with other CRMs is acceptable if you can adapt quickly).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills – Strong communication abilities for engaging donors, partners, and volunteers with warmth and clarity.
• Warm and genuine interpersonal skills – Friendly, affirming, and people-oriented; the type of person who naturally makes others feel appreciated.
• Detail-oriented and organized – Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with initiative – A creative problem-solver and proactive individual who shares ideas with the team and supports everyone’s success.
