This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Handle emails and phone inquiries
• Arrange meetings
• Coordinate travel and lodging
• Maintain a contact database
• Prepare customer-related spreadsheets and manage online documentation
• Organize the calendars of managers
• Conduct market research
• Develop presentations as assigned
• Respond to administrative inquiries from employees
• Serve as the initial point of contact for customer service
• Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
• Knowledge of current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Proficiency in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Understanding of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Exceptional communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging
• Strong time management abilities
• Robust organizational skills
• College-level education; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are advantageous
