This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage buyer and seller transactions from purchase agreements through to closing, ensuring all documentation adheres to regulations.
• Collaborate with realtors, lenders, and escrow companies to ensure smooth transaction management.
• Keep precise transaction records, monitor deadlines, and proactively follow up on contractual obligations and contingencies.
• Coordinate closing funds with financial institutions to guarantee accurate and timely transactions.
• Provide high-level administrative support by managing schedules, correspondence, and communication with professionalism and discretion.
• Create and implement organizational systems to improve efficiency.
• 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with a background in real estate coordination.
