This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Opening and closing files.
• Addressing inquiries via phone and email from clients, real estate agents, and solicitors on the opposing side.
• Drafting correspondence and documents.

• Scheduling settlements with all involved parties, including banks.
• Managing diary and tasks.
• Keeping electronic file records up to date.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a conveyancing assistant or in a property secretarial role within a law firm.
• A confident and professional demeanor when communicating over the phone.
• Exceptional written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, including quick and precise typing skills.
• Capability to collaborate as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive attitude and a can-do approach to tasks.
• Proven capacity to think creatively and effectively anticipate the needs of the position and the team.
