This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Handle and route incoming phone calls.
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and webinars.
• Draft emails and other correspondence while distributing mail, faxes, forms, and memos.
• Assist with the preparation and dissemination of routinely scheduled reports.
• Provide general assistance to visitors.
• Ensure the functionality of office equipment by performing preventive maintenance, arranging repairs, overseeing equipment inventories, and evaluating new devices with help from the IT department.
• Manage supply inventory, anticipate future supply requirements, and expedite orders.
• An Associate degree is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient computer skills (Windows, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point).
• Ability to learn new databases and generate reports.
• Flexibility and the capability to juggle multiple projects, tasks, and priorities is essential.
• Sound judgment along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a start-up company environment with diverse stakeholders.
