This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Accurately input, update, and maintain client details and legal case information in secure digital systems, prioritizing documentation that is time-sensitive.
• Manage and safeguard confidential immigration records with care, ensuring adherence to legal and firm-wide data standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients mainly through email and text, and occasionally by phone to provide updates and clarify information.
• Organize and categorize digital legal files to guarantee efficient, secure, and timely access for members of the legal team.
• Promptly respond to client inquiries related to case documentation and data requests while maintaining a courteous, service-oriented demeanor.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to facilitate the accurate preparation and processing of immigration documents.
• Offer general administrative assistance related to document management and case workflows, as required by the legal team.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
• Superior written communication skills, particularly in email and text correspondence.
• Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously.
• Professional and courteous phone etiquette for occasional client interactions.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office), particularly with spreadsheets and document management systems.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to ensure clear and effective communication with clients from diverse backgrounds.
