This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the primary coordinator and strategist for team calendars.
• Proactively arrange intricate internal and external meetings across various time zones.
• Prepare and circulate detailed meeting agendas ahead of time.
• Provide real-time session assistance to facilitate smooth and effective meetings.
• Proactively gather, centralize, and validate both internal and external data.
• Rigorously uphold standardization across client folders and shared drives.
• Ensure that all required student files are systematically organized and easily accessible.
• Compose, format, and disseminate clear announcements through Slack.
• Handle high-volume inbox filtering and respond to ad-hoc administrative requests.
• Monitor workflow progress strictly in terms of timelines and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree from any esteemed university in the Philippines.
• Previous experience in project management, data analysis, logistical operations, and administrative roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom is essential.
• Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong grasp of grammar and vocabulary.
• Experience in education consulting or college admissions is beneficial but not required.
• Experience working during PST hours is preferred but not essential.
