This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Prepare, process, and ensure the accuracy of sales invoices while assisting with accounting-related administrative duties.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and engage with customers regarding invoices, payments, and contract-related inquiries.
• Verify customer orders and confirm that all details are accurately processed and documented in internal systems.
• Provide customers with updates on the status of their files, orders, and ongoing administrative processes.
• Enter, update, and track sales contracts within the database while upholding high standards of data quality.
• Handle general administrative responsibilities, including reception duties, phone management, and office management tasks.
• Support daily operational activities and aid in the successful implementation of internal operational projects.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and customers to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized documentation and administrative records while ensuring timely completion of deadlines and follow-ups.
• Proficient in Dutch and English communication skills (minimum C1 level for both spoken and written).
• Exceptional communication abilities with a professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor across phone, email, and internal collaboration.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, capable of managing files accurately, independently, and in a highly organized manner.
• Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest practical improvements to processes.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
• Customer service-oriented mindset, able to follow up efficiently, resolve issues effectively, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take a proactive approach to support business operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Personal computer (at least 8GB of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
• Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (UTC).
