This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee inbox management, coordinate meeting schedules, and maintain calendars.
• Execute data entry tasks, organize files, and manage documents effectively.
• Facilitate internal and external communications through email and chat platforms.
• Generate reports and keep project or client information up to date in tracking systems.
• Support research efforts, coordinate tasks, and conduct follow-ups as needed.
• Develop and uphold checklists, templates, and basic standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure timely task completion.
• Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and working autonomously.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
• Experience with CRM or project management software is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adjust to shifting priorities.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
• Complete remote work flexibility.
