Admin Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance product listings on eBay, which includes crafting titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing, and categorization.

• Input and manage precise inventory details within the company’s Consigner management system.

• Retrieve product data and images from supplier and auction websites.

• Convert foreign currencies, particularly JPY to USD, while accurately documenting purchase and sale figures.

• List products on additional platforms such as TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop in accordance with company standards.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of inventory and sales documentation.

• Address basic customer questions via marketplace messaging utilizing provided templates.

• Collaborate with team members through chat and video meetings as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in using spreadsheets and web-based applications.

• Excellent organizational and data entry capabilities.

• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces is preferred.

• Experience in creating or managing product listings is a plus.

• A keen interest in fashion, luxury brands, or the e-commerce sector.

• Available to work Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
