This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee emails, calendars, and appointments
• Manage customer interactions and follow-up activities
• Arrange spreadsheets, documents, and internal files
• Conduct data entry and update CRM systems
• Assist with scheduling and coordination activities
• Provide support to the team with various administrative tasks
• Ensure records are maintained in an organized and accurate manner
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capable of multitasking in a remote work setting
• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work independently and diligently follow established processes
• Prior experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles is preferred
