This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Assist the CEO and collaborate with cross-functional teams on various administrative tasks, business operations, and digital marketing efforts.
• Prioritize tasks, ensure project momentum, and actively enhance the visibility of Herbal Goodness.
• Conduct research, summarize insights, and create documents and presentations to aid in business decision-making.
• Utilize company AI tools to boost team productivity.
• Maintain organized systems for documentation, communication, and workflows.
• Oversee the CEO's calendar, arrange meetings, and protect priority tasks.
• Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings.
• Organize the CEO's Asana task board to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Assist in analyzing and updating performance across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify sales channels.
• Manage Helium 10 for tracking Amazon keywords.
• Enhance the CEO's LinkedIn profile through regular content creation and engagement.
• Expand Herbal Goodness's presence on Instagram and TikTok through strategic posting initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or operations support position (internship experience is welcome).
• Strong organizational abilities and capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana or comparable platforms.
• Experience in managing or contributing to social media accounts for brands (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting while maintaining close alignment with leadership.
