Adjunct Teacher, CTE Health Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Assist in the instructional program by facilitating asynchronous web conferencing sessions and providing synchronous instruction.

• Manage grading tasks, generate progress reports, and hold parent-teacher conferences.

• Collaborate with parents, students, teachers, and curriculum specialists to create and refine Personal Learning Plans and schedules.

• Evaluate assessments, offer constructive feedback, recommend instructional methods, oversee assignments, and guide special projects.

• Provide support to students and parents through alternative strategies and assistance with assignments and projects.

• Maintain consistent communication via computer and telephone.

• Ensure student records and data are kept current, including cumulative files, online information, attendance, and contact logs.

• Create alternative enrichment activities and adjustments to student programs.

• Design and implement virtual strategies for fostering a school community.

• Review curriculum and develop alternative lesson approaches.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be highly qualified and certified to teach Health Sciences through a Professional, Industry, and Career (PIC) Permit relevant to grade-level duties.

• Proficient in technology.

• History of being a collaborative team player.

• Ability to work remotely, if required.

• Willingness to work occasional evening hours to assist families as needed.

• Must be a resident of Wyoming.
