Adjunct Program Director – Limited Radiography

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations of the LXMO certificate program, ensuring effective and uniform delivery of the program

• Track student progress and educational results, identifying and resolving gaps to uphold program quality

• Assist with the state approval process, including preparing necessary documentation, reporting, and communicating with the SCRQSA and any relevant accrediting organizations

• Engage in didactic teaching as needed to meet program requirements

• Act as a liaison for program instructors and students, enhancing communication and escalating issues to the relevant Stepful team

• Take part in the instructor interview process as a subject matter expert

• Stay updated on the LXMO field (in South Carolina), pertinent state regulations, and best practices in allied health education through continuous professional development

⛳️ Requirements

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography R.T.(R), with eligibility for or current certification through the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a radiologic technologist

• At least 1 year of instructional or program oversight experience in an allied health, limited radiography, or full-scope radiologic technology program

• Availability to attend a board meeting in Greenville, SC, with members of Stepful's internal team on August 22, 2026

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a developing program
