Adjunct Professor, Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for the Contractor.

• Oversee the overall management, coordination, staffing, and successful execution of the contract.

• Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to all contract stipulations.

• Manage quality assurance processes.

• Directly coordinate with the Government and submit necessary reports.

• Ensure the achievement of all performance goals.

• Lead the overall performance of the contract and act as the Contractor's main liaison to the Government.

• Hold regular meetings with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to review project progress and contract performance.

• Create and maintain the Project Management Plan and the milestone schedule.

• Organize instructor staffing, personnel updates, and resume submissions for task orders.

• Prepare progress and financial reports at the end of each academic term.

• Monitor contract deliverables, timelines, risks, and corrective measures to ensure successful contract execution.

• Relay project updates, staffing modifications, and performance information to Government stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

• Possess a Master's degree in political science, history, public policy, law, organizational leadership, management, or a related field.

• Have at least five (5) years of project management experience with contracts of comparable size, scope, and complexity.

• Prior active duty or reserve service in the U.S. Marine Corps or U.S. Navy is required.

• Proven experience in managing Department of Defense programs and liaising with senior Government leadership.

• Must be authorized to represent the Contractor on all contract matters and be available during standard Government business hours.
