This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Instruct graduate-level courses in Human Resources.

• Enhance student learning experiences through the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS).

• Assess assignments, projects, and overall learning outcomes.

• Keep precise records of student progress and grading.

• Engage in faculty meetings, training sessions, and Capstone evaluations.

• Offer academic mentorship and guidance to students.

• Uphold academic excellence and integrity in teaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral/terminal degree (Ph.D., D.Sc., or equivalent) from a properly accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience in higher education teaching, with proficiency in using Canvas as a Learning Management System (LMS).

• Capability to teach in an online format.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with exceptional communication abilities.

• Authorized to work in the USA.
