This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serves as a guardian of Calbright’s mission and strategic vision by exhibiting a consistent and effective commitment to equity-centered, competency-based education.
• Delivers timely, high-quality, substantive, and constructive feedback to students.
• Monitors student progress and proactively provides support at critical points throughout the student journey.
• Offers expertise in project management while staying current in their area of specialization.
• Enhances student learning through innovative and effective teaching methodologies.
• Responds promptly to address student needs and communicates with professionalism and respect to students and all members of the Calbright community.
• Utilizes technology-driven teaching and communication platforms to assist students in developing competencies.
• Collaborates with other university professionals to foster a positive, student-focused environment.
• Evaluates and validates student work based on mastery of industry skills and knowledge demonstration.
• Promotes student engagement with peers, instructors, and learning resources.
• Accurately documents student engagement, outreach efforts, and interventions.
• Provides weekly office hours, web chats, or learning sessions.
• Communicates with students through University-designated systems and university-assigned email accounts.
• Complies with College policies and procedures, including completing mandatory training.
• Performs additional related duties as assigned that align with the position's objectives.
• A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; AND three years of relevant industry experience.
• An Associate degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; AND five years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Willingness to work a student-friendly schedule (evenings/weekends).
