This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and present course content and materials that are in line with the program’s curriculum.
• Assess and review student performance promptly, offering constructive feedback.
• Maintain effective communication with students, including designated office hours or availability for consultations.
• Ensure submission of final grades and necessary course documentation (e.g., attendance records) by institutional deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with program faculty for course coordination and participate in relevant program meetings as needed.
• Master’s degree in leadership is preferred.
• Proven experience in college or graduate school teaching is preferred.
• Familiarity with school reform practices and action research is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of school leadership experience in early childhood settings is preferred.
• Certification in school building leadership is preferred.
