Adjunct Faculty, Methods of Structured English Immersion for Elementary Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver program instruction through an online platform

• Equip learners with essential skills

• Facilitate discussions within the classroom

• Evaluate student performance

• Prepare students to excel as leaders in their selected career paths

• Manage weekly primary discussion forums in the online classroom environment

• Comply with weekly grading standards, deadlines, and schedules

• Address student inquiries and emails within specified timeframes

• Uphold the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum: Master’s degree in TESOL, Second Language Acquisition, Multicultural Education, Bilingual Education, Linguistics, or a related discipline

• Expertise in two specialized areas

• Valid state teaching certification in early childhood education

• Endorsement in ESL or bilingual education

• Five years of experience instructing English Learners

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening processes, including a background check
