This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver program instruction through an online format for the College of Education.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods, state-of-the-art technologies, and current industry trends.
• Prepare students with the essential skills necessary for their success.
• Facilitate engaging discussions within the classroom environment.
• Evaluate student performance effectively.
• Prepare students to become successful leaders in their respective fields.
• Lead weekly primary discussion forums in the virtual classroom setting.
• Comply with weekly grading standards, deadlines, and timeframes.
• Address students’ inquiries and emails within predetermined timeframes.
• Uphold the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission.
• A minimum of a master’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in two specific areas.
• Current state teacher certification.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience in grades K–12.
• Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Leadership, Organizational Leadership, Educational Psychology, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including a background check.
