Adjunct Faculty – Expeditionary Warfare School Distance Education Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Regional Chief Instructors to implement instruction utilizing approved CDET curricula.

• Facilitate Socratic-style seminars across diverse learning environments.

• Guide seminar cohorts and promote professional discussions.

• Provide mentorship to students and offer academic support throughout the program.

• Evaluate student assignments and uphold standards of academic integrity.

• Assist with student enrollment and ensure accurate maintenance of grading records.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Marine Corps Field Grade Officer (Major or higher) or candidate for promotion to Major.

• Graduate of the U.S. Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School.

• Graduate from Career Level School (CLS), Intermediate Level School (ILS), Staff Academy Workshop (SAW), Tactical Level School (TLS), or an equivalent Professional Military Education program.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Experience in teaching or instruction, ideally using Socratic teaching methods.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
