Adjunct Faculty, Educational Leadership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Engages directly with students, taking on instructional duties to support, enhance, and enrich the learning experience.

• Communicates with students in a professional and appropriate manner.

• Creates a safe and effective learning environment for all students.

• Responds promptly to student inquiries regarding information, content clarification, posts, and personal questions.

• Ensures the quality of the course by reviewing its functionality and content, maintaining high standards in content delivery.

• Monitors student assignments and provides constructive feedback in alignment with college policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a terminal degree(s) in a field relevant to the department.

• Must hold an active Principal or Superintendent License.

• Requires K12 principal experience along with a current principal license.

• At least 1 year of teaching and leadership experience in a formal educational setting, utilizing both traditional and alternative teaching methods, with a preference for higher education.

• Proven ability to develop successful online/virtual professional relationships.

• Demonstrated record of professional research and/or creative work, along with expertise in the relevant field.
