Adjunct Faculty – College Algebra

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Delivers high-quality instruction in College Algebra.

• Keeps accurate attendance records and submits grades promptly.

• Fosters a welcoming, inclusive, and effective learning atmosphere.

• Assists in resolving student concerns related to course instruction.

• Provides constructive feedback regarding the course.

• Takes part in all departmental meetings and mandatory training sessions.

• Engages in ongoing personal professional development.

• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by the Lead Faculty.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in collegiate Mathematics.

• Prior experience in online teaching.

• A strong commitment to fostering collaborative and collegial relationships.

• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.

• Familiarity with higher education regulations, compliance, and accrediting bodies.

• Proficient in computer skills.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and the professional community.
