This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate discussions on course-related topics and assignments as defined in the course syllabi.
• Offer meaningful feedback to students and address their questions and concerns promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with department administration, faculty, and students.
• A Master’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Training in online pedagogy from The Chicago School (TOPS) or an equivalent experience approved by the campus dean is required.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas or Blackboard is essential.
• Relevant work experience or training in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and related subjects is necessary.
• A strong dedication to academic excellence, research, community service, and diversity is expected.
• A Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Experience in teaching or publishing on quantitative and qualitative methodology, as well as research design and methodology, is advantageous.
• A solid understanding of statistics is required.
