• Providing education that aligns with the syllabus and course materials created by the Cedarville faculty.

• Instructing online School of Business courses in compliance with university and school protocols.

• Being available during weekends or evenings for consistent and prompt communication.

• Inspiring and supporting students in achieving course learning goals.

• Dedicating oneself to actively engage in the spiritual development and growth of students.

• Upholding a strong dedication to excellence within an online educational setting.

• Exemplifying Christ-like attitudes and principles.

• Adhering to a biblical perspective in student engagement.

• Incorporating biblical concepts and worldview into the curriculum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Ph.D. or D.B.A. in a business-related field is mandatory, preferably in Cybersecurity, Information Systems/Information Technology, or Business Analytics.

• Previous teaching experience at the graduate level is essential, with online experience preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise (through work or research) in the relevant discipline to be taught.

• A proven track record of critical and creative thinking abilities.

• Capability to incorporate biblical teachings into instruction, assessments, and student interactions.

• Proficiency in learning the education delivery platform (Canvas).

• The ideal candidate must be a born-again Christian.
