Adjunct Career Technical Education Teacher – Family and Consumer Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Assist in the instructional program through asynchronous web conferencing sessions and live instruction.

• Manage grading, prepare progress reports, and hold parent conferences.

• Engage with parents, students, teachers, and curriculum specialists to create and revise Personal Learning Plans and schedules.

• Evaluate assessments, provide constructive feedback on student assignments, recommend instructional strategies, oversee assignments, and mentor special projects.

• Offer alternative strategies and additional support to students and parents for completing assignments and projects.

• Keep current records for students and data, including attendance and contact logs.

• Collaborate with team members and learning specialists to develop alternative enrichment activities and program adjustments.

• Create and implement virtual methods for fostering a school community.

• Review the curriculum and formulate alternative approaches to lesson delivery.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Must be highly qualified and certified to teach Family and Consumer Science relevant to grade-level responsibilities.

• Ability to work remotely if necessary.
