This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Perform intake assessments to assess Member readiness and identify the appropriate level of care.
• Lead group and individual counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.
• Offer crisis support and coordinate suitable referrals as necessary.
• Ensure timely and precise documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Work in collaboration with clinical supervisors on tailored treatment and discharge planning.
• Uphold compliance with HIPAA and all applicable state regulations.
• Candidates must hold a valid license in their respective state, and all credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process.
• Active and verifiable counseling licenses in Maryland, such as LCSW-C, LCPC, LCADC, or LCMFT, along with your state of residence. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.
• Committed to supporting individuals in recovery and fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
