This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the process for receiving, modifying, and uploading creative assets, facilitating communication between the sales team and designers.
β’ Oversee ATOL and Salesforce status queues for materials.
β’ Assess design quality and provide constructive feedback during and after the completion of projects to ensure satisfaction.
β’ Supervise digital orders to ensure compliance with material requirements.
β’ Deliver daily notifications regarding at-risk ads due to absent instructions, creative elements, and approvals.
β’ Confirm that all tasks are finalized and routed to the appropriate platform for publication.
β’ Create clear layouts, offer style examples, gather necessary materials, and upload them to ATOL promptly while adhering to established workflow procedures.
β’ Collaborate closely with Sales, the DesignIQ creative team, and Post-Sales departments to guarantee that all products across various platforms are delivered on time, maintaining high quality and accuracy in creative output.
β’ Engage with Sales/Account Managers on all aspects of ad production, including but not limited to deadlines, material requirements, ad copy, proofs, and revisions.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for managing multiple tasks, effectively prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
β’ Experience with Adobe Suite or graphic design is an advantage.
