This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage in sales outreach and foster relationship building.
• Initiate proactive outreach to key interior architecture and design firms within your designated territory.
• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with principals, specifiers, and interior designers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing product education, project support, and communication focused on value.
• Provide presentation and specification assistance.
• Conduct engaging one-on-one consultations and deliver persuasive product presentations.
• Influence specification choices during early-stage design and development meetings.
• Navigate products through the sales cycle of interior architecture and construction, from concept to installation.
• Engage with the industry.
• Represent the brands at networking events, trade shows, and panel discussions.
• Stay updated on trends in interior architecture, design, and construction materials.
• Act as a prominent and influential voice within the A&D community.
• Collaborate across functions.
• Work with technical and marketing teams to enhance product positioning and compliance.
• Provide market insights to inform product roadmaps and strategic planning.
• Keep accurate pipeline records in the CRM and regularly share insights with the leadership team.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in architectural interior products or specification-driven environments.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with interior design-led practices and high-end commercial projects in the LA region.
• Strong understanding of the interior A&D sales cycle and project development timelines.
• Confidence in delivering both in-person and virtual presentations to groups and individuals.
• Highly organized, self-motivated individual with excellent follow-up practices and CRM discipline.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred (a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus).
