Ad Operations Manager – Brazil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee digital advertising campaigns across a varied portfolio of global sports websites and platforms.

• Track live campaigns utilizing tools like ReachEffect, PropellerAds, and Google Sheets to ensure optimal performance.

• Evaluate key performance indicators (CTR, viewability, conversions) and consistently refine campaigns based on insights derived from data.

• Assess advertising materials to confirm adherence to format specifications and legal requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team, clients, and publishing partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and clear communication.

• Detect and resolve technical challenges related to tags, creatives, and scripts, working in tandem with the IT team to implement swift solutions.

• Maintain accurate and current publisher records, and verify invoicing to ensure proper campaign margins.

• Provide clear, comprehensive reports and regular updates to both clients and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Planning, or digital campaign management, with prior exposure to the iGaming sector.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a solid command of Excel and other reporting/analytics tools.

• Familiarity with ad tech platforms such as Google Ad Manager, PropellerAds, Looker Studio, etc.

• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in using platforms like Asana or Google Workspace.

• A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for performance marketing and sports media.

• Google Ad Manager certification or equivalent qualification is a plus.

• Must be located in Brazil.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred. Knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
