This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Design, implement, and enhance waterfalls on mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX, IronSource/Unity LevelPlay, AdMob / Google Ad Manager).
• Configure and oversee dynamic floor prices and real-time bidding (in-app bidding) to optimize eCPM.
• Assess and onboard new advertising networks and programmatic demand sources.
• Monitor essential KPIs: eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, ad revenue per session, and impression share.
• Conduct cohort analyses and A/B testing on ad formats, frequencies, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements using BI tools (Looker, BigQuery, Amplitude).
• Establish the ad format strategy for each app: interstitials, rewarded ads, banners, native ads, and MREC.
• Maintain the right balance between ad monetization and user experience, minimizing ad-induced churn.
• Collaborate with the Product team to seamlessly integrate ad placements into the user flow.
• Manage relationships with advertising networks (Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, IronSource, Mintegral, Vungle, InMobi, etc.).
• Negotiate guaranteed deals and header bidding agreements with strategic partners.
• Stay informed on programmatic market trends and policy changes (ATT, privacy regulations).
• Ensure adherence to App Store, Google Play, and individual advertising network policies and guidelines.
• Implement brand safety measures, ad quality filters, and advertising inventory review processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile app advertising monetization.
• Proven gaming experience (mandatory): familiarity with waterfalls in free-to-play games, management of rewarded ads, and mixed monetization strategies (IAP + Ads).
• Demonstrated experience or transition to non-gaming applications (lifestyle, health, utilities, tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; MBA or training in programmatic advertising is advantageous.
• Proficiency in at least one mediation platform: AppLovin MAX, IronSource LevelPlay, or AdMob.
• Understanding of monetization SDKs and their integration (iOS / Android).
• Advanced data analysis capabilities: proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, or Looker is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of ATT (App Tracking Transparency), SKAdNetwork, and their influence on fill rate and targeting.
• Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, and Open Auction.
• Strong data-driven and experimental mindset: culture of A/B testing and evidence-based decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and verticals concurrently.
• Collaborative approach: work cross-functionally with User Acquisition, Product, Data Engineering, and Finance teams.
• Proactive and ownership-oriented: capable of identifying opportunities and executing them independently.
• C1-level English proficiency required for communication with international partners.
• Diverse app portfolio with millions of engaged users in a rapidly growing non-gaming sector.
• Established data infrastructure: BigQuery, Looker, AppsFlyer, and a proprietary analytics stack for swift decision-making.
