This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conceptualizing, briefing, and refining ad creatives across all advertising platforms.

• Overseeing and optimizing the Ad Creative workflow with our team.

• Discovering successful concepts, angles, and hooks.

• Managing our target audience and translating insights into actionable strategies.

• Rapidly testing creative ideas and transforming results into the next set of successful campaigns.

• Keeping abreast of creative trends and closely monitoring competitor activities.

• Collaborating directly with our CEO and our creators/editors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing clear, measurable results in paid advertising for D2C brands. Please refrain from applying if you do not possess one.

• A proven history of identifying successful creatives.

• Specific instances of creatives you have developed or influenced, along with the outcomes they achieved.

• Experience with pet brands is advantageous.

• Hold strong, data-driven opinions and be willing to adapt quickly when data suggests otherwise.

• Comfortable with evolving objectives and moving at a pace that may feel challenging.

• Accept direct feedback as a valuable insight rather than a criticism.
