This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Regularly consulting with healthcare professionals on the safe and effective application of Solventum products.
• Frequently participating in procedures and placements within the hospital care environment.
• Achieving sustainable business growth by meeting sales targets through effective account and territory management.
• Identifying and addressing customer financial and clinical priorities.
• Providing education to clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products, including inservicing.
• Cultivating and sustaining relationships with essential clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Utilizing clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and enhance therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product launches.
• Convincing key stakeholders to support proposed solutions and products.
• Offering customer support and service.
• Demonstrating proficiency following the successful completion of the sales training program.
• Utilizing company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking.
• Representing Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A current, valid Driver’s License.
• A proven history of meeting sales quotas and targets.
• Previous experience in wound care or medical device sales.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g., surgeons).
• Proven experience in territory management and business planning.
• A strong understanding of clinical value drivers across various care areas.
• Customer-focused selling and closing skills.
• Experience in navigating complex sales cycles.
• Completion of a formal sales training program.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience in managing new product introductions and the value analysis process.
• Excellent data analysis and analytical skills.
