šŸ“‹ Description

• The Acute Urology Territory Manager is tasked with enhancing sales and expanding market share for HR Healthcare’s acute urology portfolio and lubricant/ultrasound gel products within a designated geographic area.

• This position requires the development and maintenance of robust relationships with clinical, administrative, financial/procurement, value analysis, infection prevention, and other essential stakeholders.

• The Territory Manager acts as the primary liaison for product education, clinical support, and sales execution.

• Formulate and implement account-level strategies to boost awareness and increase utilization of the Products in acute care facilities and ASCs.

• Comprehend the customer’s environment, identifying key decision-makers, their concerns, and challenges to effectively facilitate the sales process.

• Exhibit consultative selling skills to uncover customer strategies and articulate HR HealthCare’s value proposition, encompassing both financial and clinical impacts.

• Maintain a high level of clinical and technical product knowledge, alongside a strong grasp of competitive activity and market trends.

• Collaborate with inside sales representatives in the territory to ensure adequate coverage and to enhance product awareness among key stakeholders.

• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical and patient education, and in-services at prospective and current accounts as needed.

• Analyze sales and marketing data to pinpoint actionable opportunities and implement strategies to optimize territory goals.

• Exhibit a strong drive to acquire new customers and grow market share within the territory.

• Implement HR HealthCare's Sales Methodology.

• Develop and execute territory plans, which include customer segmentation, targeting, routing, and maintaining precise records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the medical or urology sector.

• Strong business acumen, a hunter mentality, and a results-driven approach.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays (25% - 50%).

• Ability to manage expenses (such as travel, sampling, meals, etc.) within the designated budget.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
