
Acumatica ERP Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Provide support to Acumatica users throughout the organization and assist in troubleshooting system and process challenges.
• Analyze issues, determine root causes, and collaborate with external partners or Acumatica Support when necessary.
• Oversee user accounts, roles, permissions, and system access management.
• Develop and maintain Generic Inquiries, dashboards, notifications, business events, and other Acumatica configurations.
• Acquire knowledge and support business workflows across various areas, including Sales, Customer Support, Tech Support, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehousing, Finance, Product Catalog, Product Development, Production, Projects, Marketplace, and Field Service.
• Organize and execute User Acceptance Testing for updates, fixes, new features, and integrations.
• Produce clear and useful documentation for system processes and user procedures.
• Assist in training users and support the deployment of new functionalities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, minimize manual tasks, enhance data quality, and optimize Acumatica for our teams.
• Collaborate on ERP initiatives and integrations with the VP of Enterprise Systems, business leaders, internal teams, and external technology partners.
• Experience in working with or providing support for Acumatica ERP.
• A solid understanding of ERP systems and the interconnections of business processes across various departments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• A natural curiosity and a sincere interest in comprehending how systems operate.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• The capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and see problems through to resolution.
• Preferably, experience with Acumatica Generic Inquiries, dashboards, security, and configuration tools.
• Preferably, experience in system testing, documentation, and user training.
• Experience in distribution, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, service, or eCommerce is advantageous.
