This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and various data sets.

• Establish metrics and provide data analyses that support business intelligence efforts.

• Assess trends within the industry, economy, finance, and market conditions.

• Predict the organization's financial and competitive stance in the short, medium, and long term.

• Create and support financial projections for Utilization Management initiatives.

• Design and implement processes and controls that regulate data flow.

• Ensure the integrity of data throughout all operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and challenges.

• Resolve issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Formulate cost-effective solutions for data discrepancies.

• Counsel executives on critical issues and assist in shaping functional strategies.

• Utilize independent judgment and decision-making skills on complex matters with minimal oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• FSA or ASA designation along with a relevant advanced degree, recent applicable work experience, and/or other professional certifications.

• MAAA designation is required.

• Proven ability to express ideas clearly and effectively in both written and spoken formats.

• Experience across multiple functions, such as modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting and analysis, reserving, or trending.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
