Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Onboard new prospects

• Arrange Introductory Sessions for pending inquiries

• Create and execute communication strategies for social media inquiries

• Provide customer service support to active members

• Enable effective communication among members, inquiries, and company personnel

• Must be a current or former employee of Fastfit or The Perfect Workout

• Capability to work remotely from home

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive individual with a history of success in their endeavors

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in multitasking, time management, and organizational skills

• A collaborative team player

• Comfortable and confident in communicating through various channels (phone calls, texts, email, and social media)

• Open to coaching and willing to adapt to new procedures

• Education-focused with the ability to integrate key insights into introductory conversations

• Capable of handling every call and inquiry with the aim of achieving positive results.
