Acquisition Technology Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate acquisition tools and digital products, documenting issues, edge cases, and usability insights.

• Conduct investigations into federal acquisition policies, regulations, vendor capabilities, and market trends.

• Clearly summarize research findings in written reports.

• Create and update documentation, user manuals, and reference resources.

• Develop diagrams, one-pagers, social media graphics, and presentation materials in Canva using TWG branding templates.

• Assist in content creation for training and thought leadership, including formatting, editing, and quality assurance.

• Maintain trackers, reference libraries, and organizational resources.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

• Collaborate directly with senior practitioners on products utilized by acquisition professionals throughout the government.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Proven interest in federal acquisition, government contracting, or public sector technology.

• Proficient in Canva, including adhering to an established brand kit and video production.

• Demonstrated practical experience with generative AI tools.

• Excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and follow through without close supervision.

• US Citizenship is required.

• Recent graduates and current students are encouraged to apply.

• Coursework or credentials in government contracting, public policy, business, or a related discipline are preferred.

• Previous internship or work experience in federal contracting or a government-related setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of HTML or web publishing is preferred.

• Experience with research synthesis or technical writing is preferred.

• Inquisitive and self-motivated; asks questions instead of making assumptions.

• Comfortable receiving direct feedback and making adjustments.

• Available for occasional scheduled working sessions during business hours.
