ACE Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the client's target segment and market positioning;

• Familiarize yourself with the profiles of employees participating in the training sessions;

• Enhance your knowledge of the subjects to be addressed;

• Collaborate in designing the training content journey;

• Create and tailor training sessions utilizing examples and case studies you are well-versed in, ideally relevant to the client's industry;

• Perform alignments, validations, and debriefing sessions with both the client and the ACE team;

• Lead the training sessions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities;

• Extensive knowledge in areas related to innovation, entrepreneurship, and business;

• Skills in content curation, particularly regarding innovation, entrepreneurship, career, and business themes;

• Aesthetic awareness to comply with the visual standards of the training sessions and related materials;

• Proficiency in multimedia tools, including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Mentimeter (Menti), and Miro;

• Competence in facilitating workshops.
