This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation of copy and concepts for integrated pharmaceutical and healthcare campaigns, ranging from brand positioning to omnichannel implementation.
• Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to develop impactful brand ideas and messaging platforms that resonate with both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers.
• Transform strategic insights and medical content into engaging narratives—headline frameworks, stories, scripts, and long-form copy—that challenge category norms while adhering to compliance.
• Work closely with art directors to guarantee harmony between messaging and visual representation across all touchpoints.
• Craft and enhance copy across various channels (digital, social, video, print, experiential, PR, email/CRM), adjusting tone and structure according to audience and context.
• Present work confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, advocating for ideas with clear rationale and effective strategic storytelling.
• Assist in production by reviewing scripts, storyboards, and layouts for precision, tone, and quality—ensuring fidelity to the concept throughout the MLR, shoots, and final outputs.
• 7–10+ years of copywriting experience, including a minimum of 3–5 years in healthcare/pharma agencies or brand activation communications.
• Demonstrated success in creating innovative campaign concepts and writing that enhances engagement and fosters brand loyalty.
• Expertise in brand voice, messaging frameworks, and omnichannel storytelling—from conception through launch and lifecycle management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FDA, legal, and medical review (MLR) processes, with a strong sense for compliant creativity.
• Proficient in writing across various formats: headlines, HCP detail aids, MOA copy, video scripts, social, email/CRM, PR materials, and long-form content.
• Exceptional presentation abilities—capable of articulating creative concepts both verbally and in writing, with strategic clarity.
