This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Gather, verify, and arrange documentation provided by clients.
• Complete and submit registrations and forms using Edidesk systems.
• Track application statuses and keep clients updated on deadlines, outstanding items, and approvals.
• Assist in the preparation and review of declarations, certificates, and technical forms.
• Act as the liaison between clients and Edidesk, responding to inquiries and relaying requests.
• Ensure that submissions comply with and adhere to Edidesk standards.
• Report on project progress to the operations manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Must have a CNPJ or be willing to obtain one.
• Excellent writing skills and keen attention to detail when managing official documentation.
• Availability for meetings during standard business hours.
• Strong organizational skills and discipline to meet critical deadlines.
• Proactive approach to foresee issues and mitigate delays.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
• Dedication to maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Prior experience with calls for proposals (editais), accreditation, or document management.
• Knowledge of digital registration and tracking tools.
• Background in client service or consulting.
