This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take initiative in managing collections for outstanding invoices through proactive outreach via phone and email, aiming to meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals.
• Keep precise, thorough, and accurate collection notes and tags to assist management in tracking collection performance and objectives.
• Conduct customer reconciliations and analyses pertaining to overdue balances.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to enhance communication and problem-solving efforts.
• Address internal and external inquiries by escalating them through management meetings and email communication to ensure prompt resolution.
• Identify and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and make the best use of resources.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the finance team, which may include cash application, customer invoicing, and MEC deliverables.
• 2-5 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, showcasing the ability to excel under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Experience handling escalated customer issues with professionalism and tact, along with the capability to support team members.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in navigating and manipulating datasets in Excel, employing pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.
• High level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently while managing time effectively and maintaining structure in a fast-paced setting.
• A collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally with different departments to address complex issues and facilitate effective account resolutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and clearly with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and Zoom calls is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Tesorio or other collections management systems is an advantage.
