This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and prioritize a substantial accounts receivable portfolio across a diverse customer base.
• Interact with customers through more than 100 emails daily and make a minimum of 50 outbound calls each day.
• Ensure prompt payment collection while upholding an exceptional customer experience.
• Address inbound accounts receivable-related calls and billing inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Evaluate customer communications and proactively resolve key issues to minimize repeat contacts and back-and-forth interactions.
• Investigate and rectify service and parts billing discrepancies.
• Clearly and effectively interpret and communicate third-party data exchanges to customers.
• Keep precise records, reporting, and system updates, including Excel-based tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leverage tools like SharePoint to manage documentation and workflows.
• Respond to both internal and external inquiries within established service-level agreements.
• Experience in a high-volume communication setting (both verbal and written).
• Previous remote work experience is required.
• Ability to swiftly identify key information and drive efficient resolutions.
• Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in customer service, collections, or accounts receivable is strongly preferred.
