Accounts Receivable – Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for customers and agencies, ensuring the accuracy of billing information and legal entity configurations.

• Create and dispatch invoices from revenue platforms to Xero, ensuring consistency with contract stipulations and revenue coding.

• Manage the complete collections process, which includes addressing debtor inquiries, sending payment reminders, following up, and escalating overdue accounts.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to address outstanding accounts and facilitate effective collections.

• Maintain trackers for accounts receivable and produce weekly sales reports covering various revenue streams, including installation counts and rebate tracking.

• Reconcile customer payments, accounts receivable balances, prepayments, and revenue charges; investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

• Perform monthly reconciliations of Stripe payment data against charging platform records to confirm revenue accuracy.

• Discover opportunities to automate invoicing, reporting, and accounts receivable processes utilizing AI tools like Claude.

• Support month-end procedures and assist the broader Finance team with various ad hoc accounting tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related discipline; CPA certification is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations.

• Previous audit experience is advantageous.

• Experience in supporting global companies or offshore teams, ideally with English-speaking stakeholders.

• Strong proficiency in customer invoicing, collections, account reconciliations, and revenue reporting.

• Familiarity with Xero and other finance or revenue management systems.

• Advanced Excel skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across Finance, Sales, and external clients.

• Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in AI and automation technologies.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Located in Manila, Cebu, Clark, or another area with a dependable remote work setup.

• Reliable internet connectivity, backup power solutions, and a suitable workspace are required.
