This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Assess and address outstanding accounts to guarantee prompt and precise reimbursement.
• Contribute to the reduction of aged accounts receivable balances while achieving productivity targets.
• Confirm payer details, analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and rectify account discrepancies.
• Record all account activities with clarity and accuracy.
• Recognize and communicate patterns, mistakes, or concerns.
• Complete assignments and escalations within specified deadlines.
• Keep informed about payer updates and disseminate pertinent information.
• Participate in mandatory virtual meetings with your camera activated.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Revenue Cycle, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance within a high-production setting.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated capability to identify and address issues promptly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software applications.
