Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial transactions and documentation associated with incoming payments from customers or clients.

• Aid in managing accounts receivable, which includes invoicing clients, recording payments, and reconciling accounts.

• Follow up on overdue invoices and past due accounts, engaging with clients to resolve payment issues and ensure timely payments.

• Keep precise records of accounts receivable transactions, updating customer details and payment statuses as required.

• Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to address client inquiries and resolve billing concerns promptly.

• Produce reports on accounts receivable status and aging to assist with financial analysis and decision-making processes.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation and analysis of accounts receivable reports.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving processes to optimize accounts receivable operations and enhance overall efficiency.

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related financial position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.

• Proven capacity to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
