Accounts Receivable Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts including cash, accounts receivable, and prepaid expenses.

• Reconcile customer invoices with data from operating and accounting systems.

• Assist in upholding policies and procedures related to collections and accounts receivable.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounts receivable issues.

• Reconcile company bank accounts for accounts receivable transactions.

• Provide assistance in revenue management and various accounting functions.

• Support finance and other departments with research, analysis, and reporting initiatives.

• Aid in the monthly financial close process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• At least 4-5 years of experience working as an accountant.

• Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards is advantageous.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Must not have faced any disciplinary actions concerning attendance, conduct, or performance in the last 90 days.
