• Familiarity with HR software (BambooHR, ADP, or similar platforms).
• Ability to communicate HR policies and procedures effectively.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of personal integrity and professional judgment.
• Capability to work remotely and manage a distributed workforce.
• Practical experience with spreadsheets, HR systems, and reporting.
