Accounts Payable Specialist, Tax Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Supervise all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Create and uphold HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Lead HR personnel by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

• Maintain precise employee records and HR documentation.

• Track HR metrics, analyze patterns, and offer insights to management.

• Coordinate employee benefits, payroll, and professional development initiatives.

• Address workplace conflicts and offer support to both employees and management.

• Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.

• Stay professionally updated through ongoing education and involvement in HR professional bodies.

• Execute additional HR-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably within a public accounting firm.

• Demonstrated experience in managing HR teams and executing HR strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Familiarity with HR software (BambooHR, ADP, or similar platforms).

• Ability to communicate HR policies and procedures effectively.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• High level of personal integrity and professional judgment.

• Capability to work remotely and manage a distributed workforce.

• Practical experience with spreadsheets, HR systems, and reporting.
